Refund & Exchange Policy

At our brand, every product is handcrafted and made with great care and attention to detail. Because of the artisanal nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed.

However, we do accept exchanges only. If you wish to exchange an item, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, the exchange may be refused.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange.
