Shipping policy

All our pieces are made by hand in Marrakech, then shipped from our atelier.

Delivery time

Allow 8 to 12 days from your order to delivery, anywhere in the world. This estimate covers both making and shipping. Some pieces are already finished and reach you sooner, others are still being crafted in the atelier.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free worldwide on orders of 100 EUR and above. Below 100 EUR, a flat rate of 20 EUR applies, wherever you are.

Express shipping is offered at checkout: 35 EUR worldwide, 50 EUR in the Middle East.

Tracking details are sent as soon as your order ships.

Customs and duties

Any import duties or taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
